Metal Mesh Ceilings Range Expanded by Zentia

UK ceilings manufacturer Zentia enhances its metal portfolio.

To meet the ongoing trend for industrial-looking spaces, leading UK ceilings manufacturer Zentia has extended its range of metal mesh ceiling tiles.

DecoMesh is a range of 600mm x 600mm tiles and 1200mm x 600mm planks and helps architects, interior designers and other specifiers create contemporary stripped-back design statements in new-build and refurbishment projects

Now available in an additional two mesh patterns, to bring the total to six, DecoMesh is compatible with Zentia’s standard 24mm or 15mm Prelude grid system, making it quick and easy for contractors to install, and minimising time and disruption on site.

In addition, three edge designs – Board, Tegular and MicroLook – give specifiers the option of exposing, showcasing or hiding the grid for a more monolithic aesthetic.

DecoMesh lay-in tiles are also available in a total of eight colours including traditional metallic finishes such as aluminium and white as well as four new bold options - orange, red, green and blue - to deliver a contemporary statement ceiling solution.

With fire performance to Euroclass A2-s1, d0, they are manufactured from 48% recycled steel, and galvanised, then powder coated and painted to prevent rust, with 95% resistance to relative humidity, backed up by a 30-year system warranty.

As lightweight as 3.15kg/m2, DecoMesh tiles are easily lifted by hand and allow easy access to the ceiling void above, minimising maintenance and risk.

Zentia’s sales and marketing director Graham Taylor said: “This metal expansion to our mineral portfolio is in response to overwhelming customer and market demand and we are delighted to respond.”
