Offering first hand design, technology, marketing and business support and advice, the free-to-attend seminars and panel discussions provide valuable insight from some of the leading names in the hotel business to help new and established hoteliers improve their performance.

Seminar themes include a session led by CEO of Douglas Wallace Consultants Hugh Wallace examining what the future looks like for hotel design, offering hoteliers top tips on how to achieve the perfect balance between classic design and modern touches and how they can achieve a bespoke visual identity.

Taking place on the Wellness & Lifestyle Stage amongst a line-up of over 20 business, innovation and wellness sessions over the two-day show is an in-depth discussion on the future guest which will unpack and distil the evolving needs and priorities of tomorrow’s consumer and contextualize it against unfolding social, cultural, technological and environmental shifts within the hospitality industry.

Sessions run throughout the two-day show across three theatres – the Innovation Stage in partnership with eviivo, the Business Theatre in partnership with Nespresso and the Wellness & Lifestyle Stage.
